The Terms Behind Every different bet Account
One document covers your whole account: eligibility, JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers, slot lobby access and how we handle disputes in Pakistan. Open an account and these terms apply...
How Our Terms Apply Across Supported Regions
We draft these terms so they apply wherever you use your different bet account, and we adjust the wording where local law permits rather than assuming one rule fits every market. Where you access the platform from Pakistan, the clauses you read here govern your account, your JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay and Raast transfers, and your use of the slot lobby. Where
a supported region sets a stricter requirement, that requirement takes priority for your account. We publish the current version at this address, and we tell you inside your account before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use your account after that date means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree with a change, you can close the account and withdraw
your remaining balance under the same conditions that applied when you joined. Nothing here overrides rights you hold under the consumer law of your own country.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
Questions About a Clause? Reach Us
If a clause is unclear, our support desk explains how it applies to your own account rather than sending you back to this page. We answer in English and Urdu, seven days a week, by live chat and email.
Live Chat
Chat is open around the clock from inside your account. Tell us which numbered clause you are asking about and we explain what it means for your balance and transfers.
Email Support
Write to our terms desk with your account number and the wording you want clarified. We reply in writing so you keep a record of the answer, usually within one working day.
Account Notices
Material changes land as a notice inside your account before they take effect, so you always read the version that binds you. Open the notice, accept or decline, and decline closes the account cleanly.

What You See on This Terms Page
The page is built so you can find a clause without reading everything above it. A sticky index tracks where you are, each clause expands in...
Clause Index
A sticky index runs down the side of the page with every clause title, so you can jump straight to the section about withdrawals, wagering or account closure without scrolling.
Effective Date Banner
The date this version took effect sits above the first clause, next to a short line telling you what changed. You see the revision you are actually bound by before you read a word.
Expandable Clauses
Each clause opens and closes in place, so a long section on settlement never buries the short section on eligibility. Your browser keeps the page position while you read.
Plain-Language Asides
Short asides sit beside the denser clauses and translate them into everyday English, so the obligations on your side are clear without a second reading of the legal wording.
Change Log
Every revision is listed with its date and a one-line reason, from settlement timing tweaks to new payment routes added for JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay and Raast.
Print & Save
You can print the whole document or save it as a file from your browser, which helps when you want a copy for your own records before you open an account.
