How different bet Handles Your Details
This page sets out how we collect, hold and use the details you share when you open an account with us. It covers what we keep, why we...
Where Our Data Rules Apply
These handling rules apply when you use different bet from a supported region, and they are written so you know what to expect from us in Pakistan. Where local law permits, we follow the standards set out here; where a regulator in your area requires something else, that local rule wins for your account and we record it against your policy version.
JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay and Raast records sit in the settlement and audit stream rather than in campaign data, so your transaction references stay out of marketing lists. We do not sell your details to anyone. If you move, the same policy follows your account unless the rules of a new region call for an adjustment. Questions about any of it can
go to the privacy desk below.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
Reaching Our Privacy Desk
Questions about your privacy do not need to go through general support queues. We keep a dedicated desk for data requests, deletion calls and access queries, reachable from inside your account or by email. When you write in, quote the email address on your account so we can match the request quickly.
Email the Data Desk
Write to our data team from the email registered on your account and we log the request the same working day. Most access and correction requests are answered inside five working days.
In-Account Request Form
If you are signed in, raise a data request without leaving the lobby. The form routes straight to the desk handling your record, so you never repeat your account number twice.
Chat for Short Questions
For short questions about cookies or policy versions, our chat team is on hand during published hours in Pakistan Standard Time. Anything about document checks or deletion goes to the desk.
How We Keep Wording Current
Our wording only stays useful if somebody owns it, so this page has a named owner inside our compliance team and a scheduled pass every quarter. Each pass...
Named Clause Owner
Every clause here sits with a named owner in our compliance team, who signs off changes before they go live...
Quarterly Consistency Pass
Four times a year we compare the wording here against what our systems actually do, clause by clause. Anything that...
Plain-Language Drafting
We write in plain English on purpose and avoid dense legal shorthand where a normal sentence works. Where a clause...
Readable Change Log
Each update carries a short summary of what moved and why, kept in a dated log beneath the clauses. If...
No Data Trading
We do not trade your details with outside marketers, and the short list of processors we rely on sits alongside...
Built Around Pakistan
Our support wording, retention tables and request forms use Pakistani English, Pakistan Standard Time and the payment names you already...
How This Page Sits With Others
A privacy policy only earns its keep when it agrees with everything around it, so we hold this page in step with the rest of our policy set...
What Is Laid Out On This Page
We shaped this page so the parts that matter are visible without a legal dictionary. Short summary blocks sit above the full clauses, retention periods appear...
Summary Blocks Up Front
Each major clause opens with a two-line summary in everyday language, so you can decide whether to read the detail underneath. The summary never changes the meaning of the clause.
Retention Table
A plain table lists how long we keep each kind of record, from account profiles to support messages and payment references. Rows are grouped by purpose, not internal system names.
Cookie Control Panel
The panel lets you switch cookie categories on and off without signing out of your account. Choices save to your device and the page shows when each was last changed.
Request Shortcut
One button opens the request form for access, correction or deletion, pre-filled with the account you are signed into. You can track an open request from the same panel.
Region Switcher
Where a rule differs between the regions we support, a switcher shows the wording that applies to you. Pakistan is selected by default when your account was opened here.
Change History Strip
The strip along the page header shows the version number and the date of the last edit. Tapping it reveals earlier versions, so you can compare what changed and when.
